Employment Opportunities
Inspiring Hearts Is hiring for the following positions:
Direct Support Staff (Residential based)
Part time
Working with individuals in their home, includes but is not limited to assisting with attending appointments, daily living skills, access to their community, and reaching goals.
Direct Support Staff (Community based)
Part time
Working with individuals solely in their community, which includes but is not limited to social outings, working towards goals set to maintain an independent life, and broadening experiences.
Direct Support Staff (Residential and Community)
Part Time
Working with individuals both in a residential setting as well as in the community. This position is flexible and is used to help individuals maintain a healthy and independent life in their home as well as in their community. You will be working towards goals to increase both aspects of the individuals lives.
Requirements for employment:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must hold a valid drivers license
